All basic editing (cropping, rotation, white balance, etc.) happens entirely in your browser.
For AI features, images are sent securely to our AI provider for processing and immediately
discarded after — never stored.
How does browser-based editing work?

This means basic transformations are instant, completely private, and work even with slow or no internet.

After opening the app in another browser, I can't see any of my images!

This is how the "privacy-first" feature works: your images haven't been lost —
they're simply unavailable in another browser because they're stored in the browser's local storage.
If you want to continue working and see your history, open the app in the same browser.
In the future we may offer optional server storage for users who choose to store images and history on our servers.
What are basic and AI-powered editing tools?

Basic tools include simple tools like crop, rotating, image scaling, and so one. AI-powered tools are used
for more complex operations like object removal or replacement, image enhancement, and such.
What happens to my images when I use AI features?

When you use AI features, your image is securely sent to our AI processing partner, processed, and the enhanced result is returned to you. The images are never stored—they're immediately discarded after processing. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all transfers.
What file formats do you support?

Photeira supports all major image formats including JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, and RAW files from most cameras (soon).
You can export in the same format as the original image was.
What are AI credits and how do they work?

AI credits are used for advanced features like object removal, sky replacement, and quality enhancement. Each AI-powered operation uses one credit. Basic editing tools are always free and don't require credits.
Do my credits expire?

No! Your credits never expire. Buy them once and use them whenever you need them, at your own pace.
Can I use Photeira without buying credits?

Absolutely! The free plan includes all basic editing tools and 5 AI credits to try out our advanced features. You only need to buy more credits if you want additional AI-powered enhancements.
Can I buy more credits later?

Yes! You can purchase additional credit packages at any time. Your new credits will be added to your existing balance.
Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you're not satisfied with Photeira, contact our support (info@photeira.com) team for a full refund.
Please note that we only can make a refund if you didn't spend more than 10% of your credits.
